What is the typical shipping timeframe for home decor and furniture?
Most in-stock items are processed within 2-3 business days. Depending on your location, standard delivery usually takes 5-10 business days. For oversized furniture, our white-glove delivery service will contact you to schedule a specific arrival window.
What is your return policy for home goods?
We offer a 30-day return window for most items in their original packaging. Please note that custom-made furniture and final sale items are non-returnable. A restocking fee may apply to large furniture returns.
Are your products covered by a warranty?
Yes, all WRITECH furniture pieces come with a 1-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects. Textiles and smaller decor items are covered for 90 days from the date of purchase.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and Apple Pay. For larger home investments, we also offer flexible financing options through Affirm.
Do you offer fabric swatches or material samples?
To ensure our pieces perfectly match your home's aesthetic, we offer complimentary fabric and wood finish swatches. You can order up to five samples through our 'Swatch Request' page at no cost.
How can I track my order status?
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to our logistics portal. You can also monitor your order status by logging into your WRITECH account and visiting the 'Order History' section.
